A barbershop. A nervous mother waits for a call from her soldier husband while the barber cuts her son’s hair. Sitting in the chair, the boy wonders why his dad isn’t answering. The sound of the clippers turns into the sound of tanks. His wet hair looks like rockets falling from the sky. A real battle is playing out in the boy’s head! But it’s stopped just in time by a ring—a call from his father. He’s fine. At least for now. Relieved, the mother and son go to the park to eat ice cream. Peaceful pigeons flutter in the blue sky. A siren sounds.
